How do i create labels?

Need help on creating labels from A4 size ppr. The ppr is already divided
into 24 self adhesive labels , 3 across and 8 down. ,LABEL CODE119006, 70 X
35
mm URGENT!
I'm new on the discussioc board....sorry for the wrong code and 2 dumb
posts!!!

If the manufactuirer of the label does not provide a template, then the
label is similar in size to Avery's C2160. Adjust the size of the labels and
margins to match your stock in the label editor and save it as a custom
label.
