How do I create recurring events in the Outlook.hol file without .

I'm using Outlook 2003 - I want to distribute an all day event to all our
users so that they know which exhibition we are showing on each day of the
year. I'd like to do this through modifying the Outlook.hol holiday file -
but wondered if it could be done with recurring data rather than having to
make an entry for every day of the year. eg. Matisse Exhibition,
2004/11/24-2005/1/23 (but this code does not work)
