How do I Crop images that I cut and paste into Outlook?

Much like Adobe PDF when you want to crop images, I want to hit the PRNTSCRN
(Print Screen) button to copy an image... and the - when pasteing it into the
Outlook calendar, I would like to crop the whole image down to what's
important to me only.

you could:
paste into 'Paint' first (or any other picture editing program) Start >
Programs > Accessories > Paint
choose Edit > Paste
then using the Selection tool, select the required part, copy > paste > save
send that and disregard the whole screenshot :)

You can't paste images into Outlook's calendar - you can, however, paste an image into the notes section of a Calendar appointment item.
