There doesn't seem to be a crop sign on the draw tool bar.
Right. No feature to crop images built in.
But it's easy enough to use any graphics application, paste an image in
there, modify the image and paste in back in ON.
I normally use IrfanView, a fantastic freeware app [1], which should not
be missing in any computer anyway.
There doesn't seem to be an automatic tool to format picture.
What do you mean by "automatic tool"?
ON has no tools for manipulating images built in.
Do it outside (as suggested above).
