How do I crt a Command Button in Word doc to run EMAIL function?

I have a Word document called QA checklist that I want to create a Command
Button in so I can email to another user for input then have them email it
back to me, without clicking on the EMAIL tab at the top of WORD.

I added your code and it works fine as a macro, but I am having trouble
getting it attached to my CommandButton in my document.
