How do I customize my inbox to distinguish my profiles?

I have set up three profiles for three different email sub accounts on the
same ISP. How do I distinguish the inbox or outlook screen to tell which
profile I'm in at any given time?

You didn't post your version or if you are using POP3 or Exchange, but it
should show your profile name next to the Outlook Today icon in more recent
versions.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
