How do I Customize the size of the font used for comments

I want to get a different font and size when I insert a comment without the
need of changing it every time as I dont like the standard one.

You can change font size only in Windows>Appearance>Advanced>Item>ToolTips

Comment font type is Tahoma and cannot be changed unless VBA is used.
