How do I customize the 'View and Project' page

When you click a project it brings you to View a Project. In the upper right
of this page it gives you a link to the Project's Workspace. Is it possible
to change this link to direct them to a different URL (ex: a Livelink URL
Page)?

This sounds like a server installation - try posting on the server
