How do I cut and paste a part of document imported into onenote?

Can images(or a part of a image page) which are imported(printed by onenote
imagewriter) be cut and paste into another page? I tried to select a part of
printed page to cut but doesn't work...only can select texts or images added
on the printed images..

Image writer imports images and sets them to background so they cannot be
accidentally moved and it's easy to write on top of them. To copy the image
you need to set it to foreground first. For this right click any part of the
image clear of other OneNote content and uncheck "Set Picture to Background"
item.

And it's not possible to copy part of an image in OneNote.
