How do I deactivate Outlook from starting up when I turn my PC on?

I added it to the start up but now want to remove it and can't seem to find
out how. Thanks!

Delete the Outlook Entry from your startup folder (assuming that is where
you have it).
Look in Start | Programs .. Startup
