how do i decline a office update?

I am using microsoft office and have automatic updates enabled,
word now has a new EULA that i am supposed to agree with in order to use it.
I dont like what it says in the new EULA and DO NOT agree with being censored,
I do not want this upgrade.
I havent clicked the YES button, how do i make this upgrade window go away
without having to delete Office and Reinstalling everything from disk?
