How do I delegate a project to another resource?

Hi,
can anyone tell me how I can delegate a whole project to another project
manager? We are having a PM go on maternity leave and need another PM to take
over her project. I would appreciate any help with this issue.

What level does the resource need to be (Project Manager)?
I also see a "Project Manager" Field on the same screen. Do I need to change
the resource here as well?
