how do i delete accounts and all email content and start over?

I am using Outlook 2000. I set up one IMAP account...works fine. I then set
up another (pop3 account) works fine too. But I want the two accounts
separated and accessible only to the users.

You should post to an Outlook support newsgroup, Larry. This newsgroup
supports the OneNote program only.
