How do I delete Administrative Time Categories that won't be used?

I had defined a few Administrative Time categories and realized they
were not going to be used. However, when I click on each one, the
"Delete Category" option is greyed out and not available. How do I
get rid of these?

On the Edit or Create Administrative Time page in PWA, deselect the Always
Display option for the categories you do not want to use and then click the
Save button. Hope this helps.
