How do I delete an 185MB email stuck in my outbox?

Ok, I've already read through all the other posts and have tried deleting in
offline mode, tried deleting in safe mode, tried creating a new PST, tried
Shift + Delete.
None of this has worked! It's been several days and I'm at a loss as what to
do.
I'm using Micorsoft 2003 with my hotmail account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A mail item that large will take a long time to delete. How long have you
waited working offline for the file to delete? Go grab a meal and watch
some TV, then come back to see if it has deleted.

reading.
