how do I delete an Action in the Forms Actions Tab

I have a Form that I created that is giving me problems. It used to work
fine when I forward the request. Now I get the FROM, To, and the Message
body.

I wanted to go into the Form Design and under the Actions tab I want to
delete the current actions. When I try to clear all it offers is disable. I
want to delete all the current actions and start all over.

Is there a way to clear the current Actions Tabs or do I have to create the
form from scratch.

YOu cannot delete the built-in actions such as Reply and Forward, only disable them.
