How do I delete an add-in

Having just upgraded to Outlook 2007 every time it starts up I get an error
message about McAffee (which I deleted a while ago). The message can't find
the add-in files so it disables them at start-up and I have to click on
around 3 error messages to get Outlook started.

I want to delete the add-ins altogether to avoid the error messages but
can't find the add-in files to delete them. I looked in the 'Trust Center'
but they weren't listed there as live or disabled.
