How do I delete an audio note from a word notebook?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I looked at a previous question, but it linked to another, and it seems to have been deleted already. Thanks!

AFAIK, Audio Notes are handled as a continuous sound track. You can delete
the entire track [and you can delete the Audio Markers] but I don't believe
you can edit out portions of the track in Word. You would have to Export the
sound track & edit it using audio editing software. The commands are
available in the Tools> Audio Notes menu.

How do I remove the entire track then? Sorry but I just can't find out how to do this!
