How do I delete Business contact manager from Outlook 2003

I am havog problems with Outlook, which seems to be continuously trying to
synchronise, and not receiving mail, which I fear may be due to having
installed Business Contact manager - which I now don't want to use anyway,
and I definitely don't want the Business Contact Manager toolbar, which I
can't seem to be able to delete. So how do I delete remove the Business
Contact Manager programme?
