How do I delete emails from profile w/o deleting from mainserver?

I have a profile for another co-worker set up on my outlook. She doesn't
delete her emails. I would like to know if I delete them on my account, will
they be deleted on the POPserver as well, and what the consequences of
deleting the emails will have on my profile, i.e., will the ones I deleted
try to download again when I log in?
