how do I delete extra page on my word document

I created a 3 page document and shortened it to 2. The third page still
prints a header but is blank otherwise. How do I get rid of the 3rd page. I
could not find a print area control

Delete the Carriage Returns(extra Enters) after the last of your text on
"Page 2"

You should be able to go to the very end of your second page and press the
Delete key to delete the third page.
