how do I delete message with large attachment in my outbox?

I have stupidly tried to send an email with a huge attachment, it is now
stuck in my outbox and clogging my whole computer up, plse tell me how to
remove/delete the email from my outbox so I my computer can runs smoothly
again, aswell as stopping the email from reaching the isp and cloggin up
other people's inboxes. Plse help!
