Ok, I've looked everywhere trying to find out how to delete the names/email
addresses of people that automatically stored when I've replied or sent an
email to them.
Example: If you send an email to an unkown recipient just to ask a question
of about something on say, "Craig's List", Outlook will automatically keep a
copy of that name you sent it to for possible future use. This creates a huge
list of email addresses for people I will never contact again, yet it stays
in my Outlook system base forever. How do you delete these?
Example 2: If you want to forward an email to a friend, and you click on
"Forward" the email, if you want to add thier name to this forwarded email,
all you need to do is hit the letter for thier name (such as "A" when looking
for your friend (e-mail address removed)). Well when the "A" list opens there may be
50-100 email addresses kept there that I don't want, but can't seem to find
out how to delete them either.
How do you go about selectively deleting the namor email addresses you don't
want to keep?
