how do i delete one of the entries in outlooks autocompleate?

Some of my contacts are changing there email address. the autocompleate is
now offering me all there old email addresses. how do i delete them in
outlook?

Just get to the stage where you can see the auto complete and press delete.
This works if multiple entries are visible but not if it is just singular.
