How Do I Delete or over write unwanted post in my discussion form

i created a discussion form with front page and i have a few people spam the
form up.i didn't know how to remove them so i deleted the whole thing and
made a new one but i would like to know how to remove or over write the post
if it happens again. also how if i need to edit a post i made.

You can edit the file that the postings are written to (a txt or html file
in the _private folder).
Open the site live on the server through FP, then open the file in the
_private folder.
