How do I delete the LDAP window that pops up when I open Outlook

Just installed 2007 professional. When I open Microsoft outlook up pops
"Microsoft LDAP Directory" asking to enter Server name, port, user name and
password. I don't see any use in it, so How do I eliminate. Thank you

'Control Panel|Mail|E-mail Accounts|Address Books', select the LDAP address
book and delete it.
