After an Excel template that would red-flag alike values as they're entered
in cells. i.e., No 2 values should be alike across the matrix. If they are,
the cell would turn red.

There is a free add-in available for Excel that will check that for you.
ASAP Utilities - Great add-in. Has saved me a lot of time even tho I've only
used a few of the functions.
