Create a new Workbook
Insert text, formulae, formatting, whatever you want in your model.
File>Save as , select type: model (*.xlt), give it a name.
Close the model
we cant possibly design a template for you.You havent old one peice of
information to get us started.Look on the net,there are heaps available.Then
save it as a template(xlt) and you are good to go.
