How do I determine what sub Project's linked Master Project is?

I have a master project with 6 sub projects. All looks well. When I ope up
the master it opens up all the subs and when I insert the Project Column, the
first line on every project is named the master project. My issue is when I
sort on the Children or the sub projects of the master in the database, only
two sub projects return. When I go into those sub projects database, the
master roject is named in the field. However, when I go into the other sub
projects database, there is a NULL in the field. Anyone know how to look at
a sub project in PWA or Project Pro and find out whatthe master project is?

Absolutly, many times have we saved and published the Master. I am not sure
how many times we have published the Sobs......I am thinking at least once on
each. How can I tell the last publish date on a project? Do the subs have
to be published individually?? This is weird stuff. If the projects were
never published, they would not show up in PWA correct?

I just published one of the sub projects and the value for the Parent
Project UID is still null.

The master/sub relationship is shown in the project list in Data
Analysis views

Mike,

Thanks. I looked in the Data Analysis view and only see two of the sub
projects. I have however gone into the published database and retrieved all
the sub projects. Why they are out of sync is beyond my comprension at this
point. When Projects are published, the sync should go to the reporting
database. I wonder if there is a command to frorce a sync?

Suggest you delete and rebuild the master project.
