How Do I Develop Com Add-in for office 97 and 2000

Hi All,

I need information about how I can use my EXCEL/WORD Add-in Developed for
Office 2000 in office 97.

I have created Com Add-in VB6 + Office 2000 and it works fine. But when I
tried to install this Com Add-In on NT Workstation with Office 97 it didn't
work. It gave following error while registering com add-in dll on this box.

"DllRegister Failed Return Code 0x80004005"

Please help.

True. What you saw were probably xll add-ins. These can not be created by
VB6.
