To clairfy . . . I'm trying to use the cross functional flowchart style with
2 swimlanes for two separate processes, but want them to be displayed on a
single sheet. Thanks!

I don't think you can do that, the swimlanes always seem to combine
when pasted from another page.
There may be a cheat method that someone can come up with.

Right, you can try this, I seems to work to an extent but I cannot
guarantee what it might do or not do in the future. Keep a backup!

I'm assuming you already have your charts on two pages:
1. Close Visio
2. In Explorer goto the folder where the Visio program is, now, I'm
assuming English language variant here, in the 1033 folder, find the
file XFUNC.VSL
3. rename this file to oldXFUNC.oldVSL
4. open your file in Visio
5. goto the page you want to copy to, make the page big enough
6. goto the page you want to copy from, select the frame part, Edit ->
Copy
7. back to the destination page - Edit - Paste. Move the frame to an
appropriate location.
8. Back to the other page, select all the functional bands - Edit ->
Copy
9. destination page - Edit -> Paste. Align them with the frame. You
will have to do this manually as it is normally the addon that does
this for you.
10. You can now delete the other page.
11. Save this file and Close Visio
12. Undo the rename in step 3
13. open your file in Visio.
