How do I develop multi level organization charts?

I am trying to develop org charts using data in access and need charts for
each of my departments as well as each sub department within each department.
I query the data in access but I can not get Visio to see data in the query
just on the table. Is there a way to get Visio to put just specific data from
one table into the org chart or is it possible to get it to read the data in
a query so that I can develop multi level organization charts?
