How do I digitally sign my email message using Outlook Express?

I get the following 404 error when I try to acquire a digital ID.

http://services.msn.com/svcs/oe/certpage.asp?lcid=0x0409&Version=6.0

Note that my Outlook Express is hooked up with hotmail.

Aloha omfarz-test,

You'll need to ask this question in one of the groups that handles Outlook
Express. This group is for Outlook from the Office suite which is an entirely
different product.
