How do I direct Sent mail to a Personal sent items folder?

I have a Microsoft exchange account and a personal POP3 email account.
Microsoft exchange account is my default mail.
I'd like to direct personal mail sent through the POP3 email account to a
Personal Sent items folder and mail sent through Microsoft exchange account
to its Sent items folder.

I've tried the following rule which does not work :
"Apply this rule after I send the message from the <Personal mail> account
move a copy to the <Personal Sent Items> folder.

Any ideas why this does not work? Thanks.
