how do i disable add remove buttons in navigation pane

I want to disable the add remove button functionality in the navigation pane
(bottom of navigation pane) but i can not find any customisation or hide
functionality

Is this an Outlook question? You may have better luck posting to one of the
groups supporting Outlook.
