This probably happens to me in other applications, but primarily in
Word 2007/Vista: I'm reviewing a document, and making changes, which
means I must move my cursor to the appropriate location to insert
comments or edits. As soon as the mouse arrives, a balloon pops up
showing me information (usually, it duplicates the information on the
screen which I am attempting to read). It's extremely distracting,
and I cannot find a command/toggle/setting/option to set to disable
this feature. Halp! (and many thanks). Fungo
