How do I disable automatic numbering in OneNote 2007?

OneNote automatically outdents and adds a number when it perceives a number
sequence for paragraphs.

I prefer to control nubmering and indents and outdents myself.

In other Office products, I can usually, sooner or later, find a place where
I can tell the program to stop trying to guess what I want done... but I've
had no luck searching menues, or help, or knowledge bases.

Which version?

OneNote 2007: Tools | Options | Editing | Uncheck "Apply Numbering to Lists
Automatically"

ISTR it is in a similar location in ON2003.
