How do I disable change tracking when filling out form fields?

I created a form and am using 'protect document' to prevent other users from
editing the text. Whenever we make entries in the form fields change marks
appear. How do I disable the change tracking for the fields on the form?

It sounds like the document is protect for both forms and tracking. I would
turn all protection off, turn just tracking off, then turn forms protection
back on.
