How do i disable/hide Maximize, Minimize, Restore button on Word f

I can disable Maximize/minimize/restore box on Win form but Word form.
I find the WindowRestore/WindowMinimize/WindowClose... control information
of word office ( idMso file) but i dont know how to use it? is it useful?

I'm using C#. How can i do that?
