How do I disable Netmeeting's popup?

How do I disable Netmeeting's automatic popup window that
appears each time someone calls in? Very annoying and
blocks the presentation.

Not an Office issue. But the answer is Turn on Do "Not Disturb". If you
run into difficulty, press F1.
