How do I disable spam.cop?

I keep receiving messages with certain emails that say "Spam.cop has detected
possible unsafe, etc...." and this email message is blocked; however, I know
some of these emails are valid and need to reach me. What is spam.cop and
why is it 'policing' my emails and blocking them....I did not set anything up
to allow this. The message also says that the attachment has been left so
that I can open it in an editor and determine if it is spam or not. When I
try to open the attachment, another message near the subject line reads " OE
has deleted the attachment"
How do I disable spam cop?

It would appear that someone has setup one of the above spam
blockers/filters
As for OE blocking attachments, this is a seperate issue, see here for OE
