How do I disable text to speech in outlook?

I have a tablet pc. All of a sudden this morning the text to speech
recognition is on and I can't type an email. I don't know how I turned it on
and I don't know how to turn it off. I searched the assistance section on
Microsoft.com but can't find anything about actually using the speech
feature, i.e how to turn it off, on, etc. Help!?
