How do I disable the prompt when I open an attachement?

In my new Office 2007 I get a prompt when I try to open an e-mail attachement
asking me if it's from a trustworthy source. There is a checkbox at the
bottom for "Always as me this", but I can't un-check it. It is grayed out.
How do I diable this "feature"?
