how do i disable the start up authentication window?

when i open word excel or power point the program saw me a window which say
about authentication. It says that i have to read the terms and then accept -
print or deny. Do I always have to go through this procedure? I always have
to say I accept and then work? How can I disable this window?
Please advice\\Dennis Plessas

note : the product is legally bought and its authentic!!!
