how do i disable the Tablet coming up on Word?

Every time I start Word I get that Pen tablet thing coming up and I don't
want it! (I have a Wacom tablet for graphic work). But I can't find out
anywhere how to disable it or prevent it plonking itself on the page. Thanks
in advance for answer and help.
