How do I disable timesheet functionality?

I'm taking over a project server 2007 implementation from another person and
he had already enabled the timesheet functionality. We only want to use the
My Tasks functionality but not the timesheets. I've gone through everything
in the configuration setting to try to turn this off, but can't find anything
that does the trick.

You can do it in security area. You can also remove the links and reminders
