How do I display a certain area of a chart in Word 07?

I'm conducting on experiment on pH levels. I have testing each water sample 5
times, and have put the results in a chart. The range of results only range
from about 6 to 8, although my chart goes from 1 to 10; this isn't
presentable as you cannot see the variations very well. Is it possible to
view the chart from only 6 to 8, for example? If I make the chart bigger (to
make say, 6 to 8 go for about half a page), the chart looks good, although it
takes up a more than a full page and only a small section of those pages
shows results. Thank you for your time,

Double click on your chart to enter Editing mode;
Double click on one of the number next to the axis containing the values 1
to 10;
This should let you enter the "Format Axis" dialog box, if not, cancel and
try again to double-click - Or, right-click on the values until you see the
contextual menu offering "Format Axis...";
Select the "Scale" tab;
Set "6" as a Minimum (or "5");
Set "8" as a Maximum (or "9");
Set the major units as needed, "0.5" for major and "0.1" for minor for
example (Alternatively, check the "Auto" checkbox and let Word set the
major/minor units);
Finally, if you want, since PH 7 is like a "0", you can set "Floor (XY)
Crosses at" to "7". This way, all PH's below 7 will appear like negative
values, i.e., under the Axis...
