how do I display a company logo in my email signature

I have pasted the company logo into my signature, but when I open a new email
it says something about ActiveX controls and not being able to display the
graphic. How do I fix this? Everyone else in my office seems to be able to
display the logo in their signature

Don't paste an image when creating a signature but use the Advanced Editor
(Outlook 2003 and previous) to insert it.
