how do I display minimised Word documents on taskbar individually

I'm using Word 2000 and would like to be able to see each minimised document
on the task bar instead of them being all piled under one "Microsoft Word"
icon. I have a new computer and have forgotten how I did it before. Anyone
remember? Thanks
