how do i do a 3d drawing of a garden plan

I'm trying to do a plan of a garden, that I can then convert into a 3D
drawing. can anyone suggest how to do this. Thanks

That is not a task suited for Visio. There are probably several
off-the-shelf applications specializing in landscaping that might do that.
There are some Visio partners that have Visio-based applications to do this
as well, but I believe they are geared toward landscaping contractors.
